• Canada: 1-7 business days, $10 flat rate shipping (orders under $50 before tax)
• International: 7-10 business days, $20 flat rate shipping

Free shipping is valid for purchases made online at hotpawscanada.com on purchases of $50 or more in the same order. Offer is good for the order's first "ship-to" address anywhere in Canada. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Not valid on international shipments.

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Domestic orders shipped via FREE Shipping delivery typically arrive in seven (1) to nine (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to remote locations.

‘1-7 Business Days’ Shipping and Handling ( Expedited Parcel)

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via the ‘1-7 Business Days’ delivery option typically arrive in one (1) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
