The item(s) you ordered from us online should bring you warmth and happiness. However, if something isn't right, like the size for example, do let us know. We'll give you a refund or send you another color, a new size or perhaps you can find a style that suits you better.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
We accept returns by mail within 30 days of your order date.
The items must be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact. The product cannot have been worn.
Shipping costs for returned items are at the customer’s expense. However, if an exchange is required, we will ship the new merchandise back to you free of charge.
There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.
We love that our products are travelling the world. However, at this time, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on international orders.
After receipt of your returned items at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 days for the return to be posted to your original method of payment. Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank.
If your refund amount is incorrect, please contact Hot Paws Customer Service and we will be happy to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
