What is my glove size?

How do I care for my Hot Paws product?

All of our products come with a care label sewn inside. Because every product is different, please refer to this label inside the product for the best care.

Where can I buy your product?

We do have a small online shop with our best-selling items, which you can access by clicking here. But you can also find our products at most major retailers across Canada. Here is a link to our retailers to locate one near you!

How can I return a product I bought in store?

The return agreement from a purchase in store is between you the consumer and the retailer from which you bought it from. Depending on the retailers return policy, usually you have a certain number of days within which you may exchange or return your purchase. Please contact the retailer for more information.

How do I return an item I bought online?

Please send an email to info@hotpawscanada.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Exchange or refund
  • Desired item # to return/exchange
  • Reason for return

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we are happy to ship Hot Paws warmth all over the world. Please consult our shipping page for more information.

Does my item ship as soon as my credit card is authorized?

We need approximately 1-2 business days to process your order at our warehouse before we begin the shipping process.

If I opt-in for your newsletter, who will access my email address?

We use your email address for one thing only: to send you news and updates about all things Hot Paws. You are free to remove your address from our email list at any time. Your email is never shared with any third parties.
